| Good stuff man!! Give us a review on those coilovers when you get a chance. I'd love to know how they ride. | |

| What are your initial thoughts? Coilovers are SO much easier to install than lowering springs! Did you make any adjustments to the height or dampening? DO you know what the spring rates are? And I see you did get the front end back together | |

| its pretty good so far but now i know i need swaybar links... but thats another story to tell. yes coilovers is so much easier to install (if you know what your doing of course in which case i was half smart on this for a while.....) when you first install them and get in the first thing your gonna notice is handling. and my god its super good! its like having the senstivity on 10 when you play call of duty! its fast and you get a quick response. i did make adjustments to damping, i set it to level 23 (more on soft side) cause its my one and only car and im gonna be using the car day to day and having it on just its normal damping level 8 (stiff) is no joke. (maryland roads.......you can FEEL EVER BUMP! EVEN THE SLIGHTIST BUMP, you either hurting your butt or your back or both). sorry chris i dunno the spring rates are on the current set up. Oh And thats actually a patch job believe it or not. i actually got in touch with my old autobody teacher from highschool friday and said he would like to assist me into fixing it back up. so its gonna be action pack next week! i just gonna email him since his past that age of 50 and for some reason he's forgetting stuff. but thats another other story to tell.
but overall its easy, comfort can be adjustible and from where she stands its looks good. but imma need tires for the 18" trd wheels to be a complete judge on how she can handle.
so Rating for now is 8/10 till i can improve handling and finding the perfext adjustment to these sucky roads that i live on

| ^^ Yeah, keep in mind it's gonna be even bumpier with those 18s since your tire profile will have to be pretty dang low. There won't be much room for tire flex and absorption. And I think that's how all coilovers are in terms of stiffness. You feel bumps that you never thought were there before. The dampening can only do so much. You could always opt for lower spring rates if it's too much for daily driving. I just said screw it and sold mine and got good old lowering springs. But you probably don't wanna do that. | |

OK, well I think 30 is full stiff and 0 is soft, at least that's how I measure it. But using your system, I left mine on the default 8 for a while, then bumped it stiffer to 0, then tried 15, now it's on 10 I think. Baltimore roads are the WORST no joke lol. At least it's a Lexus so it won't fall apart lol.
