| Hi guys, want to confirm afew things... Grind off the 'V' on the carriers right... (the shiny bit) Which one of these do you use? Discs -- corolla D4D (255mm) -- E10 / GXi (255mm) 255mm, 25mm thickness discs work, but the brake pad sits right on the edge of the disc. Pads -- Levin -- MR2 Ishaq | |

| Don't use either of those discs. Run ST202 Celica carrier brackets for the caliper and you can retain the 275mm disc size. That's what I'm doing | |

iv read the disc will catch bottom because its too big? Yep, apparently so. I'm in the process of getting the carriers for mine now and am then going to order 2 brand new 275mm discs from Toyota. I'll let you know if it all lines up, but from what I've read, people have used ST202 carriers in the past and it worked perfectly. It's gotta be from a 3S-GE model though, not the 3S-FE. The 3S-GE version also uses 275mm discs, but they're 5 stud instead of 4.

| Yep . So many people just skim the rotors down to about 258mm but with the Celica carriers you can get the most out of the twinpot upgrade by using the whopping 275mm discs. Heard of at least 5 people so far who have use the Celica carriers with the AE101 twinpots and 275mm AE101 discs. | |

You'll have to upgrade your booster to run them Yeah, found some brackets. Just have to buy them. Hmm, figured as much. Guessing a standard Blacktop booster will do?

| I went and bought my ST202 carrier brackets today. Might be able to get some pics up later . I won't be doing the swap straight away as I'm probably going to do a whole bunch of things at one time, so am gathering all of the bits and pieces together. Bought a pair of lower control arms and a front swaybar at the same time | |

| Awesome . Just make sure that the discs you're getting have a 54mm centre hole. The AE101 twinpot 275mm discs use a 54mm centre hole (the same size as the normal single piston brakes), but Toyota changed to a 55mm centre hole on the AE111 275mm discs. So it's hugely important to make sure that the hole size is in fact 54mm. | |

| ^ Yes it'll make a huge difference. 1mm will cause loads of vibration as the disc won't be sitting on the hub nice and snug. You need 54mm bro. | |

| Bro I think you got it wrong From wherever I have read the e10 came with 55mm bore not 54mm. Starlets had a 54mm bore | |

| ^ Haha yeah, after an intense conversation and plenty of research we can agree that it's 55mm, but it's still a grey area (meaning I'm not 100% convinced until I measure my own since there's so much conflicting information out there, lol). | |
