| I thought it was about time that i made a build thread for my corolla. I have had it since june 2013 and brought it so i could get to school, so it was intended as a daily, but i just can't drive a fully stock car. It just doesn't seem to fit my mind, but since i go to school finances haven't been there for mods yet. I have a wish list for my car: -FK coilovers -Camber bolts -White bulbs in the headlights -Another steeringwheel -(Mabye spacers in the back if needed) -Painted rocker cover stuff i have got done and brought so far -Red tintet rear lights -Gray emblem in the front -Amber bulbs in the corner lights -Long red nuts -Longer wheel studs -BBS Melber rims -Bridgestone Potenza 195-45-15 tyres Recently i have got a new radiator and all new brakes all the way around And ofc a few pics! A picture from the day i brought it. How it looks right now. At the moment it is winter time here. Another recent photo that also whow the red tinted lights (and how dirty the car was that day) This is a drawing i made to visualize what im going for and how it would work for the car, nothing special. My new wheels, BBS Melber 15x7 ET12 This is illegal in Denmark, but i just love the stanced look, can't wait to get them on this summer, and the ET12 makes a nice fitment in my opinion Another picture from the testfitting i made at the sellers place. I got theese thule rails for free, they came off my dad's carina e that he had many years ago, but for some reason he had kept theese. lucy me And trying them on the car, i guess it is gonna make more sence when it get lowered and get the new wheels on. Also i'm gonna buy i bike rail for my BMX. I don't really want a hook, even thoug it's nice to have one sometimes. But when i got the car it was really rusty, so i grinded it down and gave it some really resistant paint. I thought the rust made it pop in the eyes, that i was there. Thats it for now, i will upload new pictures if there are any updates on the car, and would be exited if you had any ideas? Cheers! | |

| Gold94corolla - i hope its gonna look good with the BBS! The 5-spokes are called raze. They were on the car when i brought it, and is some cheap 17" wheels, that also had worn out tyres! Så they are sold now
SuperSlowRolla - i Can find you another. There is a ton if the sedans here in Denmark, i meet 3-4 every Day and all of Them has this reargarnish. I guess i could find one for between 40-70€ but om not sure what they go for. | |

| Haha exactly! I love camber, but the hub blocked it from being just Like i want it. I Think im gonna go for -1.5 camber in the rear. That was more Like -3 or -4 and the poke was crazy too | |

| Yeah I've never liked that look.. just too much to NOT be a joke. It doesn't drive well or look good with the lines of the car. I've got mine at 2 degrees, just from lowering it. Perfect! | |

| Quite some time has gone by since my last update. So im gonna make a short one. I finally had some leftover time, and a new jack that i got for christmas, that needed to be testet. So i decided to se how well the melbers really fits the car. sadly i have been withot any income for a few months now, so i havent got enough money to get my wheels fittet to the rims :(but that seems like it will change soon. anyhow this is how the look on the rear with the extended red nuts " /> " /> The fit in the rear is pretty tight, just as i like it! " /> the front is another story, i think a good amount of camber is required :b " /> Since i haven't finances to get the build done at the moment, i had to trun to photoshop to get an idea of the look i wan't for this summer " /> The basepicture was perfect for this as the car is fittet with the tyres that is going to go on the rims. so what i did here was taking the rims from some of the test pictures and transplant them onto the wheels in the picture, move them out a little the make up for the new offset, and add som camber. also i lowered the car quite a bit. Can't wait to get money in the bank again! tell me that you think | |

| Another update! good I finally got rummer on my wheels and i think i looks really good, still need some lowering but can't decide if i can get what i want with lowering springs og if coilovers is needed, also they need a bit of camber in the front. " /> " /> " /> But on the testdrive shit happend. On of my wheels jumped off just before i got back home :(kinda short plessure. but new wheels will be ordered on thursday, 165/50 r15, stretch tyres! | Thanks! Only reason i used theese was because i had them laying around at got them on for free. My parents helped me out to get the new tyres (yay) as payment for helping them with their new roof. i bet they will look alot better with the stretch tyres and exposed lips. and then soon i can also afford to lower the cars. have found some decent coilovers at a good price, i just don't think lowering springs will do the job for me. | |
