those shafts fit into a corolla hub, same spline count

in relation to the mounts when you say corolla/celica mount does that mean they are the same mount.

no its a mix of corolla and celica mount.. cradle from one and mount from the other... i cant remember 100% which is which sorry

was the St202 radiator necessary or did you just do it as an upgrade?

it was for me going from a 4e rad, the hose placement are in a different location

Just got a call from my mech saying basically the same thing, would you or anyone else happen to know what other vehicles may have come with a radiator with a similar hose orientation? it might be hard to find a st-202 rad in my country. would a rad from a 3s altezza work?

this is amazing i always found it interesting and ive always wanted to go turbo but it just seemed to complicted for me. however, one of my best friends just told me of a good friend of his who just opened up a shop about 5 min from me that specializes in mr2 gen 4 swaps!!!!!! i asked them about doing the swap into my corolla and they said due to needing custom mounts and a slew of other items that it wouldnt be cost effective for them to do They quote a basic gen 4 3sgte swap into a rav4 at around $7500!!! seems like a lot but they do legit work and it pretty much would be like it were stock. Do you think they were right? If i got these parts (axles, mounts, etc.) could i sway their minds. Also $7500 would be motor, trans, ecu, wiring etc needed to complete the basic swap

What shifter cables do you recommend ?i noticed you cut and welded the celica ones you installed

I'm planning on doing this to my rolla but I have a 5sfe and a transmission off a Mr2 2nd gen. My corolla is auto at the moment. I know the tranny is going to need some custom work, but I wanted to know if this swap can be done using a 5s. Also if you have any suggestions please let me know.

I can't see it not working with a 5S, As far as i know there was a member on the club who had a 5S build.
Which box is it from the MR2?
S54 or E153

I'm pretty sure it's the s54. And also I'm planning on putting a 3sgte head on the 5s block. I wanted to ask if it were possible to just throw the head on there n/a without having to change piston heads?

i dont know if it all fits together perfectly

did you do the wiring on this yourself?
