Thanks! Yeah it's perfect for hiding a whole range of things. My Dad put his wallet in there today and forgot it was in there!

I was hoping someone would see it that way! Haha. The true intention when I saw/bought the plates was whipped as in whipped cream (since the car is white), but it's fun to hear how others are interpreting it. I've heard some interesting interpretations so far

Where I live whipped generally means that you are over-loyal to, or a slave to something, usually a person haha.

I attended a Toyota meet last night and a friend of mine snapped some shots of my car:






Also, finally got my door cards reupholstered with the Corolla GT fabric (fabric transferred from one set of door cards to the other). I've had the GT seats installed for about 18-months, but never got around to getting the door card fabric transferred across because every upholsterer I went to wanted to charge between $500-700 (couldn't just swap the GT door cards straight over because the plastic was grey, whereas the interior plastic in my SE Limited is plum).

A lot of places didn't even want to attempt the job, mainly because the door card was all one piece, so they'd have to tuck it in perfectly whilst also lining up the holes for the electric window switch etc. Ended up finding an Indian guy who has been in the business for 50-years that was willing to do it for $180. Dropped it off yesterday before lunch and it was ready at 11am this morning

This arrived from Japan this morning - An OEM cabin filter. It was a very rare optional extra, and I didn't even know it existed until about 6-months ago. I managed to find the rare cabin filter door to hold it in, so have been waiting for this to arrive. I installed it about half an hour ago, so here's some pics of the filter, door and finished product:

I bet Scott still has all of his "Toyota Genuine Parts" boxes lol.

I tell you guys the photos don't do this thing justice, I've seen his in person and dare I say it i've sat in the drivers seats, with all the options packed in there this car is awesome

Out of curiosity, which angle of those 2 do you like better? I find that when I take pics from the same spot, but different heights, I can't decide which looks best haha.

Haha, I know exactly what you mean. I personally like the first one more, as it seems to 'flow' better, if that makes any sense, lol.

lol. I usually get 3 heights from each angle, like those two and one higher (almost standing). I usually like the lower angles better for some reason. I'd agree, that in the first picture, the car seems to have a good balance and flow (wait, you said flow too!) In the second picture, I like how bold the front end looks, how straight the grille and head lights are with the bumper.
