| could someone send me a link or give me a how to or a guide on whats needed to fit a 4EFTE into my 97 E10 Saloon, it has a 4EFE so i presume the mounts would be the same? | |

| I haven't done a 4e swap before but, the mounts will be the same, it should be as simple as droping in the 4efte with loom, ECU and pluging it all in.
Ishaq correct me if i'm wrong please.

yes, get a 4e-fte from a starlet, use stock corolla mounts and corolla gearbox (i found it to be better and shorter ratio for the 4efte) but if you can get a hold of the newer shape 6 speed box, its waaay better in my opinion. then its just wiring and and ecu, you can either mod the existing the corolla loom with extra wires for the 4efte ecu (the GT ecu and the Glanza ecu are completely different) | |
