Hi everybody,
New on this forum, I bought my first Toyota two months ago, a GT APEX of 1993, 4AGE Silvertop engine.
The car was imported from Japan to UK a long time ago, and is in very good condition.

My problem now is to find everyday parts, like brakes pads, oil and air filters etc. My mechanic can't find the parts with his usual dealers. Do you think that I can take parts made for other models? Or at least, do you know a european dealer for the original parts?

Blueprint do a lot of parts that suit these. Mintex also do the single piston front pads and the twin pot pads are the same as a 92-97 Carina GTi, I think Mr2 turbo and Camry also use the same pads. Rear pads are the same as a 92-97 Corolla GXi. Oil filter is usual long Toyota filter (J2 type currently) Air filter should match some local Corollas.

Welcome to the club, I saw that car on ebay afew years ago. still looks exceptionally clean
As said above, alot of toyota parts are interchangeable.. Trust me i know

I think I will! , my radiators just blown! im not sure if it was 21 years old or not! got an alloy replacement on the way from china..
do build threads go in the ae101 coupe section then?
