| Hi everyone,
So I've been thinking about lowering the corolla, and I found some springs on ebay since coilovers are waaay out of the budget.
I found these:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/APEX-Lowering-Springs-Toyota-Corolla-E10-92-97-/280528203307?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item4150c8ae2b
They seem good, and I know they don't ship to Malta but I can send them to a shipping company directly, and they'll get it here.
What do you guys think pricewise? And has anyone had any experience with these before?
Thanks | |

| Never heard of them but it says it lowers only 30mm. That's only about an inch. You sure you want that? :/ | |

| if you only want to lower the car an inch, im sure you can go to a wrecker and get some worn out factory suspension for cheap =) all kidding aside, in my opinion an inch isnt worth all the shipping hassle and the money. if you're going to lower it, then go with something you'll be happy with. if you're happy with 30mm than i say go for it | |

| If I were you I'd rather save up and get coilovers. Yes your gonna maybe go on $50 (or less) budget cut but the wait is worth the while. Tho my corolla face is messed up but imma get coilovers for it anyway | |

| I'm saving up for some loweringsprings that will get my car 55mm lower on the front and 45mm lower on the rear, is that worth lowering?

| Thanks for the replies, sorry I didn't come on sooner but I had an exam I think that 3 cm lower is enough for me, and still suitable for the roads here (trust me, you could park in some of the potholes I've seen outside my house....) Plus, they make the ride stiffer too right? I don't think worn out suspension can do that :p Coilovers are waaaay over budget. I messaged some supplier here and he quoted me for 826 euro ...... I can't do such an investment, but I like coilovers and adjustability. Maybe I'll search second hand Any european websites which have these parts? Cause Malta is a empty | |

| Are you sure there's nothing available locally? I'd go with whatever you can find there. If not, the Tein S-tech springs are always a winner. - noodlekid wrote:
