Buggered Rear Springs

So I've driven my FX from North to South and back a few times loaded to the roof with stuff inside it. The back now sits quite a bit lower than it used to and the wheels rub on the inside guard when I corner lightly with a few people in the car.

My guess is that I've just buggered the springs a bit by having too much load on them for too long, anyone know of anything else I could have wrecked?

In short, I'm after a set of rear springs.

Possibly the shocks as well, if you notice too much bouncing.
