| Cheers. Will be carrying on with the front half of the roll cage this week, which means i will be modifying the dash. Thinking of doing the dial surround with colour or carbon wrap (undecided). Looking to find out what it is on alan's red corolla dashboard (the fabric stuff). And blank off any old holes left from the standered tape/cd player etc. | |

| the more subtle looking the better, then when you pull up against someone at the traffic lights and they look over, they just think its a slow corolla when in fact its a ... monster | |

| Wow, good call Ishaq. When I took my car in to pass smog, they weighed my car prior to putting it on the dyno. It weighs 2600 lbs (1180 kg). This is the automatic though. The stick shifts weigh considerably less... 1080kg i think. | |

| The door rubbers were hanging off, I chose not to replace them, I took them off and had the 4 small holes welded up instead of using body filler. The primer is there to protect the fresh metal work. At this stage in the build it is a case of test fitting everything i have bought, The next things to come are new headlights, Rear boot garnish and fit the modified front bumper and grille. The rear boot garnish should hopefully be here soon, I am just sorting the last few details with seller. Thanks for the comments guys | |

| It won't be painted for quite a long time, I want to have the engine and all major parts fitted first and also need to save up the money.
The car is going gun metal grey, Gloss black wheels, Blue cage, Brakes etc.
Any other ideas welocome. I have been thinking of a carbon bonnet but can't make my mind up. | |
