| Thanks everyone!! I bought some time ago a turbo + manifold from a Toyota Carina 2.0TD (2C-T engine) and intercooler pipes. I was going do put it together but I've given up on the idea because I already have other fast cars and I want to preserve this Corolla as it it, with no mechanical modifications. SHEHROZE ARAIN yep these are great engines miib14 true! I think I've never seen a car that doesn't look good with widen steelies | |

| Very nice actually A friend of mine who did the same told me that the original Carina Turbo, Intercooler, oil cooler and few more things could easily reach 120hp. Here in Portugal is commom for these Corolla's to have a hidden turbo But let's say that in terms of power I'm more of a petrol guy And since I want this Corolla to last years and years I gave up on the idea because even if the assembly is well done there's always a little problem here and there. | |

| diesel engines tend to have less life if not driven properly and taken to high revs im saying this because my car has its second engine and that second engine was repaired 2.5 years back now my engine has a bigger bore and bigger pistons does that improve in performance i dont know but it now reaches 170 kph easily.so to turbo it would really be a bad idea in my opinion and since it has manual fuel system rather than electronically controlled it would literally eat up the feul. | |

| It will probably look better with the new wheels, they arrived today btw...  Will post pics soon. The rims on the pictures of the new bumper are some ugly 14' Ronals... Meh BTW the bumper is not definitive, It was borrowed to try it on, I will give it much thought before deciding.
