| Hi Guys,
Hopefully someone here has thought of how to address this. My parcel shelf is slipping off it's rest points while the boot lid is closed. I close the boot lid and it goes down and rests in it's little slots fine until i go over a bump, or take a corner. Then one of the sides slips off and hangs there by the cord. Any ideas? | |

| I am not sure which shelf you are talking about. | |

| OIC... the hatch version. Not sure then. Do you ever have to move the shelf? Or does it always stay in the same place. Looks like it from the speakers. How about go to the hardware store and get a little "L" bracket and mount it underneath on the side there to hold it up. | |

| Yea, it moves up with the hatch when you open the boot. The speakers' wire is routed through to where the oem rear speakers are. The little tie-rope holds it up when you open the boot, but lays slack when it is closed. When i close the boot, it sits normal, its just after a corner or so that it falls. | |

| Well, so my idea will work then. If you just bolt a little 90-degree angle bracket under the shelf where it slips off, it will open with the boot and come to rest on the bracket when the lid is closed. | |
