Fourth Gear is slipping out [5Gear MT 4AFE]

Hi Guys,

I'm having issues with my 4AFE transmission. The first and second gears gets sticky and the fourth gear won't stay in place. I'm thinking that it might a synchronizer issue.

My questions is, should I get the synchro fixed or just replace the entire transmission?

If I have to replace the transmisison, will the transmission from a 2E engine fit (I'm thinking no).
