Does anyone know if the 1993-1994 4afe wiring harness are the same for automatic and a manual?
cant find any manual wiring harness so im starting to think that theyre all the same when it comes to 4afe's that are the same years.

hmmm... I'd like to think the AT would have additional wiring for the AT shifter... ecu for MT and AT are different, as far as I remember, so that would also mean some differences in wiring connections...

it is not. most manual 4AFE use 26-16-12 pins on the ecu and the automatic ones use 26-16-22 pin ecus so while the pin names are relatively the same, their pin locations are different

I myself use a manual 5AFE engine but use a 3SFE A/T ecu from a JDM ST191 Caldina.... no problems there, I just had to use an ecu adaptor to connect the 3SFE ecu to my 5AFE manual harness and make it work properly.

Definitely not the same. Me and a friend of mine encountered this when we converted his from auto to manual. I have the ECU pin out diagrams we used to rewire the connector to make it work. it was a good bit of cutting and splicing.
