| Aloha my AE10x enthusiasts!.. I’d like to take this opportunity to not only introduce myself to this great forum, but to also showcase my humble Ae101. This car has been in my family since the 90’s and ever since I saw it, ive always wanted to pimp the hell out of this Japanese beauty. Fast track over 15 years later, and lo and behold, my wish has almost come to fruition. I started burning rubber on it a year or so ago and as soon as I got it, I changed its OEM bumper and hit it with its Subaru STI cousin. I changed the stock 13” rims and slapped it with some massive 14” offset rims. Feeling unsatisfied, I added 1/2 “ aluminium spacers on the wheels just to make sure enough heads turned when they saw my rolla cruising past. Not feeling content, I decided to go big on the stock “baby like” music system. Sony, Boltzmann and Pioneer came to my aide and their engineers made sure I was ripping out in excess of 1800W of unadulterated frequency.*As I dry my tears… of joy*…here’s my humble giant. My mission and ambition for this build is to inspire others who are lucky enough to own a AE10x. With vision and dedication, this once humble 90’s car can once again write its destiny in history. I plan to dress my rolla with a extreme dimensions duraflex drifter body kit, install a 150psi air system that will power a Nathan airchime k3la train horn, upholster the interior with leather, add a ford mustang hood scoop, install a 55W 6000K HID kit, add rear parking sensors, front and rear cameras, install a 2-way car alarm, change the cars suspension, change the front grill, add badge emblems and decals, change the exhaust muffler, add tinting, install OEM power doors, completely respray the car, add GPS tracking, install a GPS dash cam, change the stock tail lights with IPCW custom lights, ….. (I can go on and on and on… lol )…as well as many other bits and bobs.. Ill try my best to be as comprehensive and informative throughout the build process. | |
