7afe head gasket for 4afe

Hi guys,
I've seen few topics about the 7afe head for the 4afe block, and the 7afe have more aftermarket parts than the 4afe.
I was wondering if I will take 7afe head gasket (or two) and fit the 4afe I will get a lil bit higher compression?
and few people use the 7afe head gasket and put it in the 4age 16v, it means that the 4afe-7afe-4age 16v have almost the same head gasket and I can use the 4age 16v TRD head gasket (0.8mm)?

dunno if the headgaskets are the same, but if you put two head gasket you will lower the compression.

Cant you go to an auto parts store and ask for the two headgaskets and compare them right in the spot?
