95 Corolla project -MA/TX

This weekend i did alittle work on the corolla, First up was the dc2 lip





95 corolla rear speakers - Rear 6 1/2 Alpine type S's and Front 4" class A Pioneers

welcome to the site and im loving the work youve done so far.

Well guys a lot has been done with the corolla... so heres some pictures of the change! ( yes the rims steelies are terrible but i will be buying much better rims soon hopefully, money is a bitch and i will have a new exhaust installed sooner as well! ) so enjoy

So i had a dc2 lip... but with it bolted on it didnt lookquite right sooooo i brought it to a shop and had them do a little work on it....



After a couple of days.... BAMMMMM


As well as the front lip and bumper i had the side skirts...


And the rear view mirrors done


Lastly ive been working on the engine bay to get her clean, im not quite done but its gettin there!!!


Im very happy with the way it came out and i think it has a much cleaner look to it. The lack of rims def have a damper on the appearance but thatll change soon hopefully!

Nice, the front lip looks pretty good molded on! Nice and solid.

btw does anyone know what kind of rear lip is this and wat kind of rear taillights are these? where can i find them?

Those tails used to be all over Ebay years ago

but no red like those, though you could paint these red

yea those tails actually have become quite popular and i doubt youll find them on ebay anymore

that was tito's car, il try to ask him what lip it was

Some new mini projects on the corolla

first up painted the calipers red,

im going to do one more coat so its a flusher coat

next up painted the steelies



kept them white to match the car. I wont be able to get rims anytime soon due to work but this should be a nice distraction for awhile

Following suit i also painted the valve cover, which came out prety nicely


Lastly took off the rear badges and had a Toyota badge painted 040 sw2 and placed on the front grill.




Overall its getting there, tomorrow i should have all the steelies done and ill post a picture

Toyota badge looks good, gives an oldskool flavor to the grille. I was actually thinking of doing something similar but you beat me to it haha keep it up though

im liking the progress so far. its really clean and liking the creativity

i havent put up a picture in awhile so i thought id load up 1
the steelies are painted and i must say... theyre growing on me.  would get rims but i really cant decide on which ones i want. I also painted the lower guard on the rear bumper however im probably just going to repaint the whole thing anyway xD

Good thing to paint the lower parts of the rear bumper!  I'm always telling people to do that, especially white cars with side skirts and a front lip.

The steelies look better in white for sure

So its been quite awhile since ive updated anyone on the progress of the car but here it goes!

Rims, grill, and rear reflector have seen some changes lol
hopefully once some minor painting is done ill get some real photos up and get alittle more indepth

Looking Good! I noticed that must be the thing now in painting the rear garnish panel to match the car paint, I was just behind 1 today that was painted Burgandy & seen a Green 1 last week. It's Not a bad idea since them rear garnishes look tacky after it fades & you can barely read the Corolla on them I changed mine out to the reflective red & amber Zenke to match the tail lights & was thinking of doing it again to the 50/50's but that Lip, Side Skirts, & Wheels give it that Unique Look!

looks good bro, I like the 8th gen skirts. do they take much modification to fit them?
