3SGTE AE101

This is the 3sgte corolla I bought off John-905 on this site. I have wanted the car for about 6 years or so never thinking he would sell it. I had started doing a build aiming in the 3sgte direction and had got as far as stripping out the shell and fitting a roll cage then john told me he was wanting to sell his car, let's just say my project came to a stop and then this arrived lol.

This is what the car looked like when it arrived and waiting for it to come felt like the longest day of my life. I don't intend to do many big or major changes to the car at the minute but maybe if the right things pop up that maybe different later down the line.

Yeah really happy with the car. Chris, the car needs cv joint, turbo seals and maybe the head gasket doing. These issues will all be done in good time though.

hopefully il be taking loads of pics when i come up too, when you get it on the road,
plus joachim is coming over in july and we could arrange a photoshoot with loads of toyotas (as i know of another member who wants to arrange a just toyota meet)

glad your happy with it paul as said before any thing you not sure about with it ring/pm me gutted to see the car go but sure you will put it to good use ps dam got to change my sig now lol

Here's some minor changes I have made up to now, hope you all like them. I have removed the tow sticker, hidden the tow strap but it is still fitted, fixed the splitter and fitted the BZ touring black background headlights.

Thanks bud. The CV joint and ball joint is what I'll be getting on with next and will post some pictures of that too

Time for a new sig already! Definitely looks better without the tow hook looking super obvious, like asking for a tow lol.

This is where I got up to so far but won't be able to carry on till the weekend because of work.

Just pulled my MOMO wheel out of the box and don't know whether to fit it or not. If I do does anyone know where I could find a TRD horn button that will be a perfect fit?

Do you guys think I should fit it?
