My 20v Corolla GT FX

Well were do I start big big thanks to the missus for buying it for me for starter's. Been after this car the last 5 years. Ive watched it go up and down the country then it ended up in the same housing estate as me. Lucky . Was raging when It cam up for sale last week as broke with wedding etc coming up so I honestly thought here we go again its going further away again. So sitting at home last night and the missus arrives home with it for me. I have an unhealthy obbsession with this car since the first day I seen it years ago, dont ask me why as its not the most special 20v but no I can say its all mine. No before anyone comments this car does need work, its not the cleanest in the world, small bit of lacquer fade on roof, missin FX badge etc, one coilover is leaking, and just abit of tlc.. I have tried buying this like mad since it arrived im my estate offered 3k at one stage. I know id get a fresher 20v or Levin but for some strange reason im always drawn to this car as will anyone who has been to my gaff I always send them to look at this car lol. Enough shite talk time for some pics.

Plans: Full respray in 205 Met black
New wheel's down the line in gold again
Set of BC Racing coilovers
S/S Mani
New FX Badge and decals
Twin pots
And just have her "may not be as advertised"

Spec so far: The Trust exhaust system was swapped for standard by last owner so may ask him where its gone
Kport Coilover
Dimpled and grooved front disc's
Rare Toyota Roof spoiler
Apexi Ind Kit
May crack open the rocker as this car did have Toda Cams, valve springs etc when sandy had it
Alloy Rad
TRD Anti roll bar
16in Gold Rota grids
JDM Style dark lights
May get stuck into it and see whats what

My new wheel's untill I can spare a few quid to get genuine te37's






Bought genuine Tom's brace for it the other day but it catchs the bonnet ever so slightly on the corolla so it wont be getting fit as dont wanna put a spacer near it but it will be staying in the club and going on Gilli's Levin. Also go genuine Tom's rad cap but it doesnt fit my alloy rad so there goes that plan lol.

On the plus just picked up a TRD 3PT Brace and also a geuine TRD/Nardi steering wheel

Looking really nice. How come you don't have side repeaters?

Excellent looking GT FX, shame about the Toms brace, saw it for sale and was tempted, all the good parts tend to be in Ireland!

I have also got the clear top spoiler, though not yet fitted, looks really good.

Jap imports dont have wing repeaters there built into the side light's

Was out in it last night..... Shes gonna be a b16 eater!!!

Well picked up a TRD Brace 3pt from Jet on here and also got a TRD Nardi Steering wheels from Andyseadog.

Brace will be getting sandblasted and going Bronze Toyota 4q9 to be exact Wheels has a bit of wear on it I might get it retimmed but kinda wanna keep it original aswell mmmm Time will tell

Pressed plates be here next week

Ill sort out the sand blasting when im home

Well painted up my calipers Arden blue today and fit my blue Rays wheel nuts. Pressed plates, FX Grill badge and EVO 4 Recaros with genuine Recaro rails this week
