| Okey.... here is my Corolla X1 (was XL) project.
When I have time, I"m gonna update the detail that I can write some I will try to translate most of my work from my Japanese car site quite few small small things I have done to my Corolla, but not massive things as you guys expected. like I haven't touched any of performance yet. here is the pic of very first looking of my car. the only pic I have. just simple normal looking of Corolla with non painted FX bumper on.

| after few weeks I fed up with LED so I took them off then bought after market fog-lamp, wiring kit. not really hard job, but I had to make holes on bumpers to fit them. was turns out alright, so I quite happy about this and changed head lamps bulbs to 5100k super white bulbs(got from Japan, about $15NZD here) I asked my dad to buy, send me Toyota factory original hub caps from Japanese Ebay?. was rare second hand in every where, also expensive as brand new( about $35NZD EACH!) I like steel wheels rather than mags, I think I would stay on with this for wile.... | |

| Cheers to my boys....
few times i saw some very basic model of Japanese import corolla have those, but hard to find out anywhere wreck yard or parts store in NZ somehow.
I change my mind about LED placed on fogs. acutually I failed WOF, because I strait connect on small lamps cable tho... That made me feel install proper fog lamps.

| not too fancy modification I have done... but I really wanted to get factory option of drink holders... Most of Corolla FX or Japanese import corolla have one, but not many NZ model of Corolla have this. Of course it can attach just simple bolt on. (i used to have holder which hang it on air duct? but, one day I was turning round about then suddenly whole holder came off with coffee cup on!! made huge mess inside. So I just fed up with it) i went to wreck yard and took off from Japanese import AE100 corolla (SE Limited SALOON) took with 2DIN, only cost me $10NZD cheep as! What I did for old DINs, are now became small tool box sitting in my boot | |

| as you guys know I install fogs but, the switch came with wiring kit was bit crappy. so i bought switch something similar with Toyota original parts. also I connect reversing sound things. Mostly familiar at Auto cars when you put gear into [R], i just wanted to try put on. got from Auto model Corolla(Japanese import, LX Limited) now making sound when I put into [R] JUST FOR JOKE | |

| I paint fog glass as Yellow, and paint side marker more strong orange. I had been shop around to find out Clear Yellow and clear orange spray...none of shops have one ridiculously. So I went to Tamiya plastic toy shop, they did great job. They have exactly what I want. by the way, I replaced small lamps to amber color T10 way before doing this. | |

| I bought Corolla FX front lip spoiler from Toyota parts shop. Cost me $45NZD not too bad. all i need was, M6 sized bolt to pit them on. Just simple bolt on. That Toyota parts shop made 3SGTE FX, got all necessary parts from Caldina GT-T. I was amazed. they said they have sold... I wonder that monster is on the road or not... | |
