| this friggin car seems to be getting more problems as the day goes by I got a low whinning noise which i believed was wheel bearing but now the abs light is stuck on so I have no idea now what it could be. I dont have a break warning light on its just the abs. Looks like im gunna have to put the thing in the garage for some work just what i need with my test booked tommorow | |

| Wasnt sure if i should post here or in the damm wheels thread but i seem to be having issues everywhere in my car so figured this was best. Still trying to replace my filler neck lol. Went to 5 different auto stores today including toyota dealership and none had in stock any braided 5/8" fuel hose or 1&1/2" fuel hose for the connection between the filler neck and tank. Lol. So im gonna try and use the old hoses if i can.
But then theres the issue of removing the wheels. They gotta be fused to the drum. Tried hammering in a clockwise pattern and even loosened the lugs and drove it in a slolem style using the vehicles weight. And theyre still stuck lol.
But.... i may be able to work some magic and install the filler neck with the tire still on. And im even going to try installing it without removing the fuel door holder thing so i dont mess up the door opening switch.
Should hopefully have a diy write up soon on how to do this. But as far as ever changing the wheels, i may have to drive even more aggressively with loose lug nuts which kinda seems scary lol.

| Man, I hope you get that thing sorted. You need to finish that garage thing so you're at least out of the weather!!! That was you, right, with the concrete pad floor but no walls? | |

| Haha yep that was me. And thats where ive been working is on the open cement pad (use to be hockey rink) exposed to all the elements. And ive got my other garage but its full of junk which sucks cuz it looks like my thermometer reads -5c
But i got it sorted last night. Got the old filler neck ripped out and took lots of pics. Its actually pretty easy (in the absence of rust and seized wheels.
