| i had to change my engine from 1.6 efi sohc non vtec to 1.5 efi sohc vtec (D15B vtec), due to chipped crankshaft where the pulley is installed. then after 2months i hit a curb lol. these cars came in different engines 1.2 carb, 1.5 carb, 1.5 dual carb, 1.6 efi non vtec. i could have overhauled the engine but i want to feel the pull of vtec. and its more fuel efficient. 14L/km | |

| sherose, what you have there is the civic SiR body, but with vti engine. if im not mistaken its a d16y4 with 120hp. you should change its engine to b16b (typeR) with 186hp. my engine is d15b 130hp came from crx and jdm civics. | |

| this is her day after i hit the curb, when i installed new hood light and bumpers they were not aligned. the chassis was bent thats why she needed a new front frame. this is her prior to removal of the old engine. her new engine with the rare intake filters. (black shoe sock ) the paper used to make em all happen. | |

| ohhh my engine produces 120 bhp goodie and bro i recently got my civics engine repaired twice in these 3 months the oil pump stopped working and the crank was damaged and the main bigens also.so i had to put new rings new bigens turned the crank to 10 and had to bore my block and installed newand bigger pistons. so i think i will not go for the bigger engine im just gonna sell my car soon to make my ae101 better and ps i have also did a diy on my civic for the vtec light when ever my car goes above 3000 rpm the light comes on saying vtec and when it goes below 3 rpm it turns off pretty neat tooo let me show u the pic if u want i could tell u how to make that and also this for xella | |

| hmmm.. you know you could just slam in a new d15b vtec engine in your honda, would fit nicely with out conversion. and cheaper than doing the overhaul. i think i have one of those vtec light installed. its just tapped to the vtec and the ecu.. but didnt think of putting it in the gauge. are those led's on your rolla gauge? | |

| seen your thread sherose, but there is no instructions on how to do it. miib as for now she'l stay like that, will run her on the 23rd to have a time on 1/4 mile. didnt go for b16 because of limited budget plus d15s are very fuel efficient and with perfect set up it can beat those b16's. | |
