Interior rattles?

I've decided pursue and end this problem once and for all. My interior has been rattle for as long as I can remember, even before the exhaust upgrade. I looked at my engine mounts and they actually all look pretty good, no rips from what I can see. Maybe my harmonic balancer is a bit off?

What could it be? Have you guys have any issues with your 7th gen's interior constantly making rattling noises at both idle and cruising speeds?

The things in mine that rattle are the lining above my rear windshield (due to mah sub) , my door panels, and my glove box. My glove box, I am going to hafta buy some stick on foam or something to put between the box and the dash to stop the rattle. My door panels I have to take off periodically and rebend the metal clips that hold the top plastic part onto the carpeted part, because they come loose maybe every 2-3 months? And the lining rattle won't be stopped unless I dynamat or foam it.

I think one of my engine mounts is getting to the point where its going to need to be replaced soon, but the others are good.

But yeah make sure everything is tightened up properly

I may be very much mistaken but I think there at one time may have been a special sort of clear aerosol spray that was applied to quieten any rattles and squeaks but then again I may be wrong. I have small squeaks in the car when then back seats are down, and rattles from the knobs that lock and unlock the doors. Better that than a rouge rattlesnake or a mouse running around somewhere. Other than that none at all

Cloth tape!? That would be excellent for my glove box rattling, if only one side was sticky...

I found my panels just squeaked from rubbing together on each other.... maybe I took the interior apart too many times lol. But I also noticed differences in squeaks with the temperature, as bits expanded and contracted.
