i have a question can any body tell me what is the cos of 1500cc and 1600cc engine in our areas i just wanted to confirm price so that i could get an idea of what these engine really cost.

4/5/7 AFE's locally are around CAD 500-1000. I've only ever seen two 4AGE's locally and those were 1200 and 1500 (unsure about the pricing of those engines so I wasn't sure if it was a good deal). There was also a 4AGZE, rebuilt for 2000.

I'll let you do the currency change from CAD to PKR? to see if you're gettin a deal.

the 4afe was available in the corolla, carina and avensis,

your 1000 cad costs here about 90000pkr and the 5afe is about 70000 and 4afe is 80000 to 85000 with complete generator belts injecters wiring and card very expensive due to high demand.and in quetta its half this price but going there to get the swap will cost about the same


and plus the person who swaps enine would take 20000 pkr and the cng kit would cost 70000 to 60000pkr

and lol the diesel engine is selling for 20000 pkr nobody wants it thinking of making it a power generator in the near future.


but the engine swap is stopping me from restoring my car.because it alone would eat 1.5 laks

and im only having the same amount

Over here the 4A-FE and 5A-FE engines are about $500 NZD ($378 USD) from a wrecker with a warranty and low kms. Privately they're between $200-400 NZD ($150-300 USD.

The 4A-GE 20v Silvertop from a wrecker is about $1000 NZD ($760 USD), and privately between $200-800 NZD ($150-605 USD). Similar price for the 20v Blacktop.

dont sell, restore it back to as much as you can, do little bits at a time

hahahha just kidding em never gonna sell this car i love this car and the main reason for keeping this that it has all my memories and my grand mother and mother(MAY THEY REST IN PEACE)both loved this car from day 1.so this car reminds me of them so i decided to keep it.and restore it

The reason I am sticking with my car is because this was the car of one of my brothers, he got it as a graduation present from my parents, he passed away when I was 7. After he died, it passed on to my other older brother, who gave it back to my parents eventually, then to me.

went to the cars spare parts market today got price lists of the engines

lts start with the 3sgte complete lsd gear box wiring and turbo plus fitting 3 lakhs

black op and silver top about 1. to 1.20 lakhs

1.6 engine 75 to 90 thousand

7afe very rare but not impossible to find 1 lakh

and the 1.5 engine 65 to 75 thousand


these prices are for the complete engine with trans wiring and card

1 lakh is 100,000 pkr? That's 3200ish CAD I believe. Seems about right.

This guy locally has a 4EFTE engine, tranny, wiring, ecu, etc. for 1500 CAD. I'm currently lookin at it That would be a good upgrade if you could find one. Probs around 130,000 PKR. Or 1.3 lakhs?

3sgte as we all know is very rare,over here we have only few of these engines most of then are just engines just kept for selling spares.i have my eyes on the 1.6 engine its considered best for racing and it gives good average on cng and yes 1.3 lakh is 130,000 i wasnt writing the zeros or else people would think woooh thats too much
