Throttle body upgrade!

Hey guys, im thinking of doing some intake uprgrades on my ae102 corolla. Ive already got a cold air but wanted to add a wider throttle body. Has anyone here done this before and what size up did you go?
And did you notice any difference? Cheers!

I did read some were 3sfe one with blocked off heater hoses for colder intake
