DIY Fogs for the stock rolla bumper

I was taking the trash off when I saw a man attempting to throw away some headlights that I knew would fit perfectly in my Rolla's smile on the front bumper.The headlights are Dodge Dakota headlights. Does anyone know how I would be able to hook up my HID set (which I also got for free) whilst having my stock lights still hooked up? I searched around on the internet some but found nothing on how to do it. If anyone has any suggestions or links, I'll be more than glad to use them.
