shocks and springs or coilovers what would you pick and recommendations

Im running teins circuit master ra coilovers at the minute and im thinking about changing i live in a town with about 40 rotars/roundabouts and after them there is a ramp on everyone im toying with the idea of maybe changing my set up to shocks and springs, anybody knock of any uprated shocks for corollas im thinking maybe rs-r springs, or if i was to go with coilovers what would you pick, and before the first mention comes to mind of bc racing coilovers anybody else know of any brands

you can't go wrong with rs-r springs but if you prefer low they are not that low. kyb makes uprated shock absorbers not sure if they get sold in ireland though

I have my D2's which I have been very happy with. But it's all I know. I never owned anything else to compare to

cusco, teins, buddyclub i have tried and were really harsh unless you live somewhere where you have really nice roads I won't really recommend them

the softest I have tried and used was tein super street which I think was mad for the streets

if you are looking at lowering springs I would suggest RS-R, Espelir, Sparco. Lowest lowering springs I have used was the Tanabe precedeo superdown lower springs which is very hard to find used
