could someone tell me what the silver panel behind the raditor is for and where can u buy them Question

It'll be the air con radiator

The condenser (the air-con "radiator") is in front of the engine radiator (towards the bumper), not behind it (towards the engine)

Are you referring to towards the bumper or towards the engine? Post up a photo of what you are asking about, that will clear up any confusion.
