| here's my wagon. owned for 4 yrs. nothing special on it, everything stock. these wagons in europe do not come with rear speakers so i ordered and installed the pods for that. they also do not come with the cup holder above the cigarette lighter so i ordered that from back home in the States. the interior on corollas here in europe are quite ugly and cheaper than American specs, and yet they cost much more here due to taxes. i'm still rolling on 14s though i would like to go up to at least 15s at some point. tinted the back windows a few years back. other than these things its all original. i have to say i prefer our bumpers better than the US ones. they don't stick out as far here and look cleaner. my engine is a 1.3L 4EFE. great on gas but good luck trying to pass people going up a hill. rust is not my friend, as its began creeping up on the back wheel arches and under the passenger back door under the car where the jack goes... i'll have to get that welded and fixed up or eventually will be a safety issue. but it still cranks and runs everyday like a champ. has never let me down. in the 4 yrs i've owned it i've put in a battery, changed the thermostat, new springs up front, new struts and springs in the rear. thats it. 180,000km. burns a little oil which is typical on these corollas. easy to drive and maintain and hope to keep it for a few more years.

| I just scored some original toyota OZ wheels from an '02 corolla yesterday. 15s. although theyre sitting on 195.65.15 tires which are too big, plus theyre wore out. to keep my odometer the same i'll need to stay around 185.55.15. ive tried 195 on the car before but didnt like the handling, too much grip. | |

hey.. yea ive seen your ad before. noticed the TTE springs, but thinking how horrible the roads are here in oslo it could get quite bumpy with them on. you usually have parts most of the time for these corollas? unfortunately rust has began in the rear passanger back wheel area around the wheel arches.. typical of these cars. but whats worse is where the car jack goes... kanalen. the steel got weak there and the last time i jacked the car up the jack crushed up the area a little. been pondering on getting it fixed which isnt going to be cheap. but its such a great car. always cranks, never let me down in 4 yrs of owning it. i just rolled over 180000km. | |
