100% bolt-on fit to all USDM Corollas from 1993-1997. The factory holes on each side of the bumper have little plastic caps that simply pop out if you decide to buy/install some OEM fog lights, so there's no cutting involved. There may be a few imperfections such as missing license plate tabs (simply drill new holes next to the previous ones) or light scratches that'll come out during the prepping process, but they're all free of dents and cracks, ready to be painted to match the color of your Corolla.
