| Hi I am currently refurbishing some wheels that i got for my corolla, i just got therefor i have done som research on how to replace the studs (i would also like to space my wheels out a little) so i need some longer studs, i seems like i can replace them myself, but what size studs should i get? i think it is m 12 / 1.5 but what diameter should the stud have and how long should they be? what sizes does the original ones have? I hope you could help me with this btw. if someone know where you could get cheap spacers (in europe) that would be nice too. | |

| When you tap out the lugs make sure you line them up with the notch in the hub | |

| The 12x1.5 needs to have no less than a 13mm knurl in order to fit the front hub. And the rears are a different knurl size as well (slightly bigger). I have some spares so I'll have to check what size the rears are in the morning for you.
I found that 40mm in stud length is a little too close to oem length (it was only one or two thread longer). 50-60mm long studs should be good for spacers up to 20-25mm. | |

| Great! could the rear be 14,2 mm in the knurl? (i hope not, they are close to impossible to find) but you are sure that the front is 13mm? if so the link i put up have them | |

| Yep, spot on. The rear I used were 14.2mm in knurl. Here is where I bought mine. http://www.ebay.com/itm/330783256659?item=330783256659&viewitem=&sspagename=ADME:L:OU:US:3160&vxp=mtr And yes, the front is definitely 13mm (+0.1 or +0.2). | |
