Hi guys,

My name is Jonathan and I'm new here. Got this ae102 corolla sedan off from my mum
it's been running pretty smooth so far, now since i've got myself a part time work, i'll start to do some exterior and interior modification to it, and this is my goal.

Welcome Jonathan! That picture is your car? Or what you want to make it look like. Either way I like it!

Replacing the dash is hard work, but possible if you have a new one.

Welcome, if you have questions on how to take the dash out and replace it, a few of us have done it. Very Happy

I like the direction you want to head with your car. Good luck

Thanks magweal and gold94corolla (Chris).

Yeah I was trying to take it out this morning, i took out my glove box, instrument clusters, dash panel, then i'm stuck. I have no idea what else should i take it apart.

All the centre consol trim, the little vents on top by the doors, the metal supports in the middle.
I might just find my manuel and take some pictures

Hi guys, eh I'm not sure what did I do wrong, but after I connected the clock ( acc, llc, b and e) to the corrosponding color wires, the clock worked. but my hazard lights, indicators, head unit and the interior lights are all gone. I've checked the fuses and they're all good....

What should I check now?

It looks really nice, won't take much to achieve the look you want. Smile

Nice, it works!! I was gonna say, it had to be a fuse problem!

And when you've got a chance, take a look at this page, it contains all the pics and DIYs I have from the interior, including stuff about the dashboard.

Thanks... As I mentioned before, I want to replace the dash pad as this is what's happening to my car and it's rather annoying every time i look at it.

New here 96322310

I've went to the link you gave me, a really interesting report, but he didn't take the dash pad out as he said it's really hard due to all the wires and harnesses and stuff....

Mad So are there any way to take it out without getting rid of the windscreen?
