piranha alarm issue!

hello to anyone....i fix this days my old piranha alarm....yes its to old like my si.....and it works fine but i want to know if someone knows if i can connect it to my central locking for not to lock-unlock with my key..........i take it to a shop and told me that model akarm doesnt have option for central locking but he can buy and bolt on it and he must bolt an actuator for the central locking.........my question is......my si has central locking...why cant he connect with the original system but must bolt an sec actuator????(am an electrisian and i can understand some electrical issues of a car).....he is fooling me??

If your particular model of alarm doesn't have the option/ability to be hooked up to your central locking then I fail to see how adding actuators for the central locking would change that. Your central locking already has factory installed actuators, so it sounds like the auto electrician is giving you the run around.

Try and find out what the exact model number of your alarm is and research it online. The model number might be written on the brain of the unit, tucked somewhere under the dash. If it turns out that it is compatible with central locking (almost all alarms are) then you could try and find a wiring diagram for it and hook up that feature yourself. Otherwise you could just upgrade to another alarm with many more features

thanks foro your answer my friend.thats the mater like you said that the electrician told me that i need that electronic circuit that it was optional for my alarm and also actuator....and i aski him why actuator?? my car has hentral locking....and he told me that it cant cooperate allarn and central locking :O :O :O...i will go to an other electrician and i must find what model is my alarm to look in wed to see what can i find....
