If your particular model of alarm doesn't have the option/ability to be hooked up to your central locking then I fail to see how adding actuators for the central locking would change that. Your central locking already has factory installed actuators, so it sounds like the auto electrician is giving you the run around.
Try and find out what the exact model number of your alarm is and research it online. The model number might be written on the brain of the unit, tucked somewhere under the dash. If it turns out that it is compatible with central locking (almost all alarms are) then you could try and find a wiring diagram for it and hook up that feature yourself. Otherwise you could just upgrade to another alarm with many more features
