| Hello community, I am new here and I would like to introduce my corolla. It was kept in garage from year 2000 until year 2011 when I got my drivers license. So now, I have been driving this corolla for more that 1 year. Just now I got new wheels, and I was wondering what colour should I paint them, and if they even would look good on my wagon. Here's the picture of them So community, please could you give me some advice on it? Thanks | |

| Welcome!
So you mean the car was not driven for 11 years? How many miles/kms on it? Where are you located?

| Yeah, everything was changed before driving it. It was driven like 4 or 5 times during these 11 years. Now I need the advice on the wheels. | |

| A little update. Bought new wheels, don't have a photo of them before cleaning them, but they needed some work. 2 of them came with tires, so tommorrow I am going to buy 2 more. Going to balance the wheels and put them on. This is how it looked. Next job on the list is polish lips of the wheels and buy and put on new springs. Now I have to find the springs. Any suggestions for them? | |

| I know coilovers are best, but I am looking for budget ones. I was looking at these APEX springs today: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/APEX-Lowering-Springs-Toyota-Corolla-E10-92-97-/280528203307?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item4150c8ae2b
I know 30mm isn't enough, but I think I can cut them a bit, to get more drop.

| apex springs are good
i wouldnt recommend cutting them, i would recommend getting them heated with tightened clamps on to make them smaller
