AE111 TOYOTA COROLLA 20 VALVE

This was my first love Toyota Corolla Twincam 16 Valve Series 1991 model
when i got her and added a 40mm lowering kit


then added some rims






Then changed to the Silvertop 20 valve with
Full management
twin 48mm downpipe
Full 57inch Powerflow exhaust
and 60mm Ram tubes
Car made 117kw and 169nm on the Flywheel









Then 2 months after finishing the build got hi-jacked and never found the car



This is my current Toyota corolla AE111 RXI with bolt on mods

4AGE Blacktop 20 valve
Aftermarket exhauset manifold with 50mm twin down pipe
Full 57inch powerflow exhaust
8.5 MSD cords and
Denso Iriduim spark plugs
Custom made CAI with cone filter
Short shifter
and Koni 35mm Lowering kit



Then installed a Webasto Tilt n Slide Sunroof

Small update did a full engine rebuild as it started to smoke and suspected valve stems seals were busted but found out it was oil rings as well so did the following:

head was fully reconditioned
All belts replaced
New Oil pump
New Radiator
New water pump
New Clutch and flywheel
Went 40 Thou pistons and polished crank

Just finished driving the motor in and changed oil,using 10W 40 Semi synthetic oil
The car is driving well and is pulling like a train although till 5000rpm much more torque low down will take it for a dyno to just to check if all is still good.
