| Hello everyone! As some of you already know I plan to do a gauge cluster swap on my ae100 95 corolla dx. I found a few listings on eBay already and i dont like the current cluster that i have now. so my question is...
How easy is the swap? Is it super easy that a trained 5 yr old can do it? Easy? Medium? Hard? Insane? Or master of the universe level?
Any issues bout switching one with the tachometer?to go with this question any crazy, mind boogling rewiring???
How can I change the odometer? Can I even change the odometer? If so can I get a link for a DIY guide please?
If I go change the cluster lights can I get pics or a link for a DIY please? To go with this question can I change the incondesant bulbs to LED bulbs?
Thanks ~ paul
Ps I'm sorry if this should've gone into the electrical part of the forum.

| I believe I have all the answers you need here. http://www.cardomain.com/ride/801395/1994-toyota-corolla-dx-sedan-4d/page-7/ (just go down until you see the LED in the gauge, then you'll find the tach swap and how to change your odometer). Of course, if you can't find what you want on page 7, just as and I'll tell you | |

| some of them didnt come with the wiring for the tach at all - kickfli12 wrote:
- Well buddy, take the cluster out and look at the middle plug as if it were plugged into the cluster. 5th pin from the left. f its were wired for one there would have been a blue wire there. You'll need a pin out of a another Speedo plug to put there. Then run that wire through the firewall into the tach signal of the diag box or run it to the black wire on the distributor plug.
i think this is the plug that he means
