Celica GT-R ST183

Hiya guys been a manic couple of weeks for me and I never thought I would be posting something in this section but I guess now is the time to show you what I got

Lady owner - 80k on the clock. Everything works and damn does she go

She is in need of some tlc, few panels are loose and stereo needs replacing blah blah ill get time to do them easily I have had to replace the battery and get some new wiper blades but part from that she is all good will try to service her next week

She drives soooooo much better she is a great deal of fun and I have to respect her cause she pulls like a train and amazingly fast the damn clocks only go up to 110 whats that all about lol 3 more years and she wont even have to pay road tax - WOOOOT I intend to respect and look after this a tonne load more than the corolla cause I feel that I have connected with her big time the more I drive her the more i like her

I paid £500

I have allready managed to grab a bargain I have found this for a steal her first little treat



I will keep you guys updated and hope to stay on the forum and chat to you all

List of things to do :

Service her - oil change - plugs - filters
Use xtra bits bought for corolla on her
New rims - She needs nice set of wheels badly
Exhaust - tempted for a custom job

lol thx kenny dont worry ill be keeping on top of this one especially since the corolla sprung a leak at the oil filter and is how it blew the big end lol :p

I just love the shape of that celica. Whats the drivetrain (AWD? FWD?)? Congrats man, such a great purchase!!!!

Hey guys just a lil update. I finally got the spoiler back so she has been fitted I have had some custom work done on the exhaust and she should be getting decatted next couple of weeks once I have her booked in

I have also replaced the rear lights with smoked ones, I had to repair them as one of the side indicators was bust but all fixed now and look great

Sound system is due to go in this week and should be my 15" sub instead of the 12" I had before

here is how the spoiler came back to me, he has done an amazing job hes rubbed it down smoothed it and sprayed it and omg it looks terrific all for 35 quid lol I got a bumper going to him this week too

Next thing is the bumper, looks a mess atm but will look ok once finished

Forgot to say i modified my wing mirror lol it is removable so I can still use my mirror when driving

The paint on the spoiler sure looks top notch! It looks a bit better than the car lol.

I see you have the tail lights tinted, but what about the trunk reflector? Any plans to match that?

yeh sorry guys i been a bit mad with xmas and new year comin up been really busy with the car and still got loads to do

ur right chris the spoiler looks better than the car lol for good reason though. the car is khaki black its a jdm color apparently so spoiler will bve redone at somepoint
