Yeah I've seen some REALLY cool night pics, you know, with the moon lighting it up like daytime, and other amazing star pics, and other star swirl effects. Kenny's pics are right up there with the best!

Chris, the pic I posted isn't the same as my Sig. Just sayin. I couldn't find any night pics that werent taken under a light. I'll take some later on tonight maybe you you can see the grainyness of my terrible night photography.

^^ oh yeah, I know. I like both pics, though I didn't like the sig pic as much until Ishaq made the sky like that!

lol and I always for get to use the lens hood with my kit lens. I guess that explains the little jellyfish looking things that sometimes appear on the upper right corner.



How long was your shutter speed for that shot, Tyler? Aside from shutter speed, it could be because you're using the matrix metering instead of center weighted. I read that you want to get out of matrix metering if you have strong back-lighting.

Have you guys head of light painting? It's where you set the shutter speed to 10 seconds or more and then you grab your flashlight and start 'painting' your object with it. I'm thinking maybe that's what I should've done. Like this guy did. Love his work!:

I've never heard of painting the CAR like that, that's amazing!!! I've seen people do light painting in the air, so you can see trails of light around the car, but nothing like that! Gosh I'm so out of touch with everything

And I never thought about painting the car either until I went on youtube looking for night photography tips. lol I'm just as out of touch.

I'll definitely have to try this technique out next time.

Since my car isn't heavily modified nor am I running a turbo, this is probably a pretty ricey mod to some of you.. but that's okay! The rule of thumb is that everyone is aloud one rice mod in their interior and exterior.

It's an AEM wideband air/fuel ratio gauge. Got it at a really good deal compared to all the other ones on the market. Been wanting one after failing emissions twice because I was running too rich. Now I can keep an eye on how rich or lean I'm running. I think it's pretty neat. It automatically dims when the sensor can't detect light and it isn't distracting at all when I'm driving. Now I can drive with a peace of mind knowing my car is running at its best.

Oh snap! Look who has the red stitched wheel! Lol. I don't find it ricey at all. I have a cheap one in my car just so I can get an idea on how the car is running. I also have a volt gauge as well. Both gauges are pretty much for diagnostic reasons and never a bad thing to actually have. But if it is ricey then mine is ricier cause mine is on the A pillar

Nice! did you drill a hole to get the wire throw? or something else it will be nice if you show us what you did im planning the get one too

And thanks man. Is yours the narrowband? How'd you hook yours up? I don't think it's ricey either since we can use it for diagnostic reasons. It's just what I occasionally heard from a few forum members (who had completely stock cars or orange wheels w/ a spoiler) when I was doing research.

Thank you! No drilling. Just spliced the power wire into the ignition fuse and grounded it to the chassis. Then the rest of the wires go to the wideband O2 sensor it came with. I just shoved it through the fire wall where all the other wires on our car comes in and out. Super easy to do! Let me know if you need help on yours and I'll make a DIY.

Interior does look so much better with that steering wheel... .it's the only one for me

yeah its narrow. its just spliced into the signal wire coming off the factory o2

ahhahah if you think u have a cheap steering we have literally bags full of these red stiched ones both with blown 500 and good airbags for 1000 rs......

Could live without it

Than you! Yeah I remember that from your thread. How much did that cost you? I love how simple yours look.

"new" side skirts look great! Much better, the old ones always bugged me lol. Looks like the color is a bit off, just regular primer for now?

Glad you like them as much as I do! That's the OEM color it game with. I'll paint it later... or wait till I get a full paint job. Just saying that scares me. lol why does paint have to be so dang expensive..
