Hi man! I've got the same model & same color as you but not in as good condition as yours. I have to rebuild some elements of chassis and suspension. And I will change the color, because my is also in poor condition. Maybe in future we can do the comparison
Best regards from Poland!

This is what I have done so far:
-removed all 4 mudflaps -removed headlamp washers -changed te front bumper indicators from orange to white -changed the side indicators from orange to white -changed the taillights -repaint the whole car in its original color -welded two rustholes inside the fenders in the back -purchased lowering springs -purchased new 15` rims.
To do list:
- mount the lowering springs - buy some tires and mount the new wheels - full service with changing of the timing belt

I have wanted to buy a Mint one soooo bad. The biggest used market is Germany, I have a mobile.de notification active so I get daily searches automatically, there have been several excellent ones available, even one like yours but unfortunately automatic. The problem is that Germans never answer emails or any other ways of communication, phone calls, texts. I feel like a Nigerian scammer.

The first plan is mount detachable towbar, next plan is bigger wheels and better suspension (change the lowering springs with coilovers).
And I got some wishes for a possible engine swap,
Anybody who knows if the 1.6 turbo 4AGE4GEN engine is bolt on? And what else do I need to replace, transmission? Drivetrain? cables and stuff?

Only E-series are direct fit. (assuming you have the E-engine now?)

Ok.
Yes I got this beautiful amazing machine:
Second generation 4E-FE The 2nd Generation of the 4E-FE was introduced in 1996 producing less peak power: 74 bhp (55 kW) at 5,500 rpm, but with a slight increase in peak torque 87 lb·ft (118 N·m) at 4,400 rpm. The 2nd generation of the 4E-FE was essentially the same engine as the first but the intake and exhaust manifolds were changed along with a slight alteration of the ECU meant to reduce exhaust emissions.
Specs 74.3 mm Bore 77.4 mm Stroke 9.6:1 Compression Ratio
In other words: POWER
