Rust

How can i deal or fix rust on the car?

All depends where it is... Cut away the rust and fabricate a new rust free panel onto it... If its in such an area eg sills,pockets,quater panels...

wow that's really bad. It's coming through from the back, so it's actually lot worse than it looks.

all rust is fixable, the problem is that if it worth the money/job

on the first pic, you will need to find a donor car with that panel intact and replace it on yours

on the second pic, you might be able to find a new door skin and that is easly replaced.

On both cases, you need to be ready to find a lot of rust when you start to cut, and to repair everything you find

^^^ yeah, you need a donor car. Which means a car that has absolutely no rust, but has been junked for some reason.
