Almost... well sorta. In fact, all 3 Corollas you posted with that bumper is plug and play, unmodified. But you can see the upper edge is a bit distorted because the bumper is a touch too wide, so later I cut mine in half and made it look really good.

And by plug and play I mean you drill new holes in the fender/bumper area to mount it.

You just make it up.... I just held the bumper in place and drilled a few holes through the lips, then used self-tapping screws up into the fender metal to get a good grip.
