thanks man i know its crazy to restore this old gal but shes with us since 1992 and cant even consider letting her go my love for this has no end

the new ac cooling coil and blower with complete wiring






currently working on this dash loom





all items are currently very dirty but each and every thing will be throughly cleaned before fitting

Might just be me but I think your car looks cool completely gutted race style. Too bad u couldn't drive around like that, think of the weight reduction lol.
Can't believe your even replacing the roof, but I believed u after seeing the pics. And I think the bumper lip doesn't look too bad, need to see it painted n installed. And the spoiler looks good too (looks like it has a lot of downforce with the angle of it though lol). Can't wait to see the next update.

(And you know your gonna end up doing an engine swap eventually after u see how awesome it looks after this project lol)

ur most welcome mate this guys a bit expensive but one of the best here in my city still the bigest obstacle remains to cut and weld a new roof

work as of today whole floor pan is straightened out while doing so the factory compound sheets came off oh well will buy em new







and repaired the left inner arch and removed the plates which were rusted in truck and fixed the rusted metal  every things going well














thats all for today now just the roof needs to be cut and welded and sides skirts need to be replaced and minor alignment of front needs to be done

progress of today inside is all fixed and patched up














scraped and straightened both rear arches





removed both windows and my o my the pillars had no metal all was rust even some huge holes











roof will be cut on saturday along with side skirts and car phase 3 will be complete  

dashboard wiring complete just have to bolt it to new dashboard will be done tonight hopefully

old dash on top new on bottom





the hvac system all new boxes and wiring also complete

I'm just still blown away that Shehroze has access to all these "new" parts so easily.  Must be nice living without winter lol!

thanks mate and i also hope so to be honest im a bit scared because the car will assembled at home by me and my brother and totally an empty shell now

actually its not that easy finding such clean parts now a days took me 3 years to find all the rare extras and yeah we dont get such harsh winters plus i have fixed all the rust i gues this cancer is treatable

Unbelievable this would cost mega bucks back here in New Zealand that is if we have experts here to do the job amazing how rust gets into those nooks and crannies can't wait to see how this progresses in the coming months. Great work mate.

went for parts hunting today and it was a sucess

bought brand new antenna





found another valor arm rest this one was even cheaper than the rest it came with its center console and its brackets in tact





and now i have 3



bought oem toyota mats for ae101 usa model







front door window channels



new retractable side mirrors


found this extremly clean cluster came with auto matic function and reverse beeper





and i choose heads











no no but i choose tails





bought these front side door sills this came with the bracket for a flare

some bumpers which i came across today not buying these going for the jap bumper
